Penelope had Dalmatians growing up, and as an adult a golden Retriever and a Samoyed. Both she and Rick were smitten when they saw their first Cavalier King Charles Spaniel back in 1993 and have been showing Cavaliers in AKC and CKCSC, USA since 1996.

"I have been sending my dog Oly, a rambunctious teenage black lab, to Dawg Tired Play Days since Rick and Penelope opened their business. He has been happily going on their little yellow bus twice a week while I have been working. I have given them my house key and they just pick him up while I am at work in the morning and then return him in the early afternoon.

He returns home clean and exhausted. How nice it is to return home to a exercised and socialized dog. Oly has had the tendency to be aggressive, and going to be with other dogs on a regular basis has helped him to calm down a great deal." ~ Laurel T.
