We make no guarantees regarding open space or scheduling.

We reserve the right to cancel reservations or refuse service at our discretion.

Pricing for our services is listed on our website and is subject to change. We may offer packages or discounts, which will be detailed in the pricing section of each service page.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

If payment is not made in a timely manner, we reserve the right to suspend services until the balance is paid in full.

We also reserve the right to pursue unpaid balances through collections, small claims court, or other legal means necessary.

All dogs must meet our health and behavior requirements. Proof of up-to-date vaccinations is required before your dog can attend daycare or boarding.

Owners must disclose any known health conditions, behavioral issues, special needs, or history of aggression prior to using our services.

Dawg Tired Play Days is not liable for incidents that arise from withheld or inaccurate information.

We do not guarantee compatibility between dogs in group settings or the outcome of any third-party training services. Each dog is unique and may respond differently to socialization, boarding environments, and instruction.

We reserve the right to refuse service to or remove any dog from our facility at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to health concerns, behavioral risks, or safety concerns to staff or other dogs.

While we strive to provide a safe environment, Dawg Tired Play Days is not liable for any injury, illness, or loss that may occur during your dog's stay.

In the event of an incident, our staff will assess the situation, take appropriate action to ensure safety, and contact the owner or seek veterinary care if deemed necessary. Decisions are made in the best interest of the dog's wellbeing.

By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dawg Tired Play Days, its owners, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to your dog’s participation in our services. This includes, but is not limited to, injury or damage caused by your dog to other animals, staff, property, or third parties.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that Dawg Tired Play Days may photograph or film your dog while at our facility.

These images and videos may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media accounts, and marketing materials. No additional permission or compensation will be provided.

All content on this site, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Dawg Tired Play Days unless otherwise stated.

Licensed third-party assets (such as icons) are credited on our Credits page.
